how long has rafa been with liverpool? 4yrs? how long was alex fergurson with united when he finally won the league title? there you have your answer joe. the league is played over 38 games. for that you need to slowly built a team who can last the 38 games. thats why alex won a european trophy first with united before he got them the league.in europe its 13 14 games and you are in the final. but the league its a long stretch. and u need to give rafa the time he needs to built the team. but in the meantime he is letting us enjoy the cup successes while he is building the team. thats how fergie dealt with the united fans while he went about building the united team good enough to win the league. its was the cup winners cup then the supercup then followed by the fa cup when he finally won the league. in fact rafa has given success to liverpool much quicker than fergie. why not give him another 3 more years and wait see if the league title ends up in anfield?
